Vinegar Hill Café is now open Jefferson School City Center. .
All proceeds from Vinegar Hill Café benefit JABA’s programs for at-risk seniors.
I ate there yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it. Nice, naturally and brightly lit room, plenty of easy, free parking, handicapped accessible.
I had the salad bar and vegetarian chili (they had con carne too, but the vegetarian looked interesting and it was very tasty!) My lunch companion had the Chicken Fajita Wrap, chips and some kind of decadent cookie. Cookies must have been good because she want back and ordered a bag of them to go. She also pronounced the wrap delish.
This is a really nice gathering spot. In addition to many, comfortable cafe tables & chairs, there are a few very comfy leather couches with coffee tables so it makes for a very good place to meet friends or conduct casual business.
Check out Vinegar Hill Cafe, 4th St. C’ville (behind the Staples, near Omni Hotel, easy walk from Main St) — time well spent and money goes to good cause!
